Rec Specs was the first protective sport eyewear to receive the American Ophthalmic Association seal of approval. They meet and exceed ASTM F803 impact resistance for several sports including all racket sports, football and basketball. This is in part due to its patented eye rim and 6 base lens curve design that allows for a wide range of prescription lens powers.
