*Please note that our delivery service is uninsured above £50 and not trackable or traceable other than when the delivery is signed for. All goods are quality control inspected prior to leaving our premises and are in perfect condition. However, it is at the risk of the purchaser that the goods arrive in the same condition they left our laboratory. We strongly advise special delivery for all items over the value of £50 just for peace of mind. We cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Though the recorded delivery service is generally very reliable and used by most suppliers on the internet, if you do have a problem, using the Special Delivery service will allow you to claim back from the Royal Mail the value of goods up to £500.

About our delivery service

 

UK deliveries

All non prescription stock orders received before 4.00pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. These orders will be delivered the next working day as long as there is someone to sign for them. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. A working day is from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. If you need your order delivered on a Saturday please contact us.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of items that are out of stock or are prescription orders and up to four weeks for branded prescription orders. We are constantly monitoring the progress of all orders and will endeavour to dispatch your order within 10 working days. However, if this is not possible we will notify you by email and let you know the estimated delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection.

 

Rest of Europe deliveries

All non prescription stock orders received before 4.00pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. These orders will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days as long as there is someone to sign for them.  A working day is from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays.  

Please allow up to three weeks for delivery of items that are out of stock or are prescription orders and up to five weeks for branded prescription orders. We are constantly monitoring the progress of all orders and will endeavour to dispatch your order within 15 working days. However, if this is not possible we will notify you by email and let you know the estimated delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

 

Rest of World deliveries

All non prescription stock orders received before 4.00pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. These orders should be delivered in 5 working days as long as there is someone to sign for them. A working day is from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. Note that orders could take up to 25 working days due to delays at customs.  

Please allow up to three weeks for delivery of Items that are out of stock or are prescription orders and up to five weeks for branded prescription orders. We are constantly monitoring the progress of all orders and will endeavour to dispatch your order within 15 working days. However, if this is not possible we will notify you by email and let you know the estimated delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

Please note that all outgoing mail is registered and will require a signature at the destination address. For international addresses it is particularly important that the address provided is as clear and accurate as possible so that the courier can get it to the right destination without delay.
